Compass Travel Management was born out of a vision for ensuring clients receive the perfect environment for their own experience, be it in TV, Film, Media, or Sport. The company was created by Nicky and Kate who both have a significant level of experience and background in the hospitality sector. What does this mean to you? A certified revenue management executive with a wealth of experience in hotel revenue management spanning the last two decades, Nicky is organised, efficient, and multi-skilled. A consummate professional in the field of hotel revenue management and conversant with its intricacies and importance.
Kate Watts
A people person, strategic thinker, time management expert and skilled communicator Kate brings over a decade of experience in the hotel and events management sector, Kate also understands the intricacies of business having operated 2 companies spanning a decade.

We were honoured to look after the Croatian National Team on their recent visit to Wales during the UEFA 2024 European Qualifiers, working in conjunction with our trusted hotel partner – ensuring a comfortable stay.

It was great to plan and execute the travel and accommodation requirements for the team on their recent UK visit.
